About the Program

In today’s industry, goods and services are pieced together from all over the world and this process can be hectic and complicated if not managed correctly. As industries are growing to work beyond conventional borders, there is a growing need of personnel who are familiar with working in different domains of Supply Chain.

Our 1-year Lean Supply Chain Management Diploma program focuses on supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, and long-term planning in relation to projects environment which is common in Oil and Gas industries. This program is designed based on:

  • Industrial best practices
  • State-of-the-art technology-enabled software in the market (SAP)

This program utilizes ERP systems and applies it to not only Business Administration, but also to an integrated system within business processes (Sales, Marketing, etc.) as well as technical processes. Therefore, it is also suitable for students with backgrounds other than Supply Chain Management, for instance Mechanical, Civil, Chemical Engineering and etc.

This program is intended to focus more on best practices in “Lean Supply Chain Management” and targets following disciplines of Supply Chain:

  • Production Planning and Scheduling
